This house is very special, is really the only Penthouse in Dubai Marina with a large sky open terrace so great at so high (floor 41°!) in the best area of Dubai beach walk (Jumeirah Beach Residence).
The house has all the comforts, 4 TV (two of 50"), home cinema system, Hi-Fi, Sky Tv to see films and sport with Sky card, 2 DVD, a spacious terrace with external able for 6 people + 6 interior, many beautiful sofas inside and outside. We have spectacular terrace with a new pergola.
At 180 mt from the terrace there is a breathtaking view of the ocean, beach walk, Palm Jumeirah and Burj al Arab (the Sail). It is a really unique experience. Under the house, leaving the elevator at the G floor and making only 10 steps, you are on the Beach Walk, the famous Walking of Dubai, with hundreds of restaurants, hotels, shops etc.
There are some free beach just in front of house (50 mt) and also some free pools club of JBR residence at 50 mt in PL (PLAZA LEVEL)
At 20 mt there are the The Ritz Charlton l, Meridien, Hilton, Movenpik hotels, Golf courses, malls, Paragliding, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.
The seven lifts climb down from the tower along 41 floors in 54 seconds.
This amazing penthouse is really the best 2 bdr. with a open terrace on the JBR beach walk!

Just for comparison: A room for 2 people to 22 m² at the Ritz Charton Hotel (that is under our roof) costs in this period around 500 euro/night, not has the same view and is about 5/6 times smaller.
If you read the reviews of my clients you will understand that it is fortunate to find a free date at a cost so favorable.
If you found free dates you are very lucky, 90% of my calendar is always busy and some of the dates seem to be free because I keep the house for owner and his family.
If you are interested you should decide asap, hardly remain free for long period.
Alternatively, you should see my options in other tower Ocean Heights. There, we have another apartment more cheaper (cost is about 30% in less), not on The Beach Walk, but it is also very nice.
If your budget is in less, I can send pics and info of this luxury apartment, smaller but in the prestigious residence Ocean Heights Tower (By Versace) », just 800 mt from JBR Penthouse and from beach Walk. The tower is really nice and it has the amenities of a 5 stars luxury hotel.
If you are interested I suggest to decide in time, is not so easy find these apartments available.
